Ancient Inventions

There were many innovative inventions well before the time of patents. Quite a few contemporary inventions were based on the rediscovery of ancient findings. The following represents ancient inventions of people representing a variety cultures and ethnic backgrounds. You'll be surprised at how many of these inventions are still in use today.
